First time in INDIA we have developed technique to quickly trace B-Hloop of ferromagnetic materials of any shape without winding primaryand secondary coil on the sample. The present technique is speciallydesigned for teaching and industrial applications.
Inthis technique, B-H loop is formed by simply inserting the specimen ina magnetizing coil. It makes use of a specially designed integratedcircuit probe to measure the flux density B. Any magnetic specimen canbe inserted in a magnetizing coil.
- Studyof the hysteresis curves of transformer stampings, ferrites and othermagnetic materials of different shapes and determination of theirenergy losses.
- Study of the hysteresis curve as a function of the magneticfield.Determination of saturation, magnetization, reminence andcoercivity of magnetic materials
